Legal Administrative Assistant Duties: Support Litigation and Patent Prosecution attorneys. Responsible for preparing, coordinating and circulating reporting letters to clients. Responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending invoices. Responsible for overseeing invoice payments/expenses/reimbursements (Chrome River) Responsible for scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements (Attorney travel) Responsible for coordinating CLE for attorneys.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: 3 years' litigation experience. Experience with daily docket tracking. Experience with trial prep and large cases Experience/Interest in working with patent and trademark applications. 5+ years relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with experience in a Corporate and/or Transactional practice/department preferred. Strong initiative, demonstrating an ability to resolve issues/problems independently, have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently as well as in a team setting and have the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time. Ability to communicate in a professional manner to develop rapport with clients; maintain strong working relationships; exhibit meticulous attention to detail; handle confidential and sensitive information; and possess strong proofreading and typing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Create more of a structure that encourages group thinking and participation, I felt it was lacking here.

Pros : I only left because of personal reasons, the pay was great and the people were smart and on task.
Cons : I felt in groups settings most of the time people were in it for themselves but not much else. It wasn't inviting.
