Administrative Assistant - Multifamily Housing The candidate will assist attorneys and secretaries in the Multifamily Housing Section with preparation of loan document packages. Will prepare blackline document comparisons. Generate signature pages required in loan documents. Complete loan document packages by attaching completed signature pages. Complete loan document revisions based on attorney notations. Draft general correspondence. Assist in the upload of documents to various document management systems, including but not limited to Freddie Mac’s DMS, PruXchange, and deal specific data sites. Prepare check requests and submit personal reimbursements for attorneys as needed. Create, label and organize documents for records storage using RIMS, prepare inactive files for off-site storage. Enter attorney time data into Expert Time system. Must have a four-year degree from a college or university or a 3+ years of prior work experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should have strong knowledge of working with the internet and Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as determined by the specific position.
