Estate Planning Paralegal/Assistant Duties: Provide support to attorneys in probate, estate planning, and transactional practice. Drafting Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directives, memos and correspondence; Preparing probate, trust, and conservatorship pleadings for filing with the Probate Department of the Superior Court; Recording various types of Deeds and filing Assessor's notices with the Recorder's Office; Preparing documentation covering all aspect of post-death trust administration; Preparing various business and transactional documents, including corporate, LLC filings; Maintaining and updating client files; Providing notary services.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Paralegal certification preferred. 2 years' experience. Familiarity with Word Perfect, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw, required.
