Contract and Compliance Administrator
Duties: Support the team by preparing, evaluating, and negotiating contracts, providing data, analysis and interpretation on all elements of group and market spend and trading. Maintain a center excellence for contract compliance. Drive contract compliance to client contracts. Manage internal deadlines to drive on time client reporting. Manage compliance surveys/internal reviews (survey development, Q/A of responses, perform any required follow-up actions). Provide support to global audits team for both external and internal audits. Conduct pre-reviews to prepare business teams for external audits. Providing guidance based on what is required in the client contract. Provide support to commercial finance group from a contractual perspective. Develop trainings and materials to guide client teams on best practices.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification. 1-3 years’ experience in contract compliance administration. Demonstrated experience in driving compliance. Proficient in MS Office.
