Eviction Paralegal
Duties: Performs all eviction functions in connection with a foreclosed property. Provide paralegal support to attorneys and the Eviction Department. Prepare, Serve, and Monitor Legal Notices. Prepare, File, and serve Summons and Complaints. Monitor cases. Monitor hearing schedules. Communicate with clients regarding litigation matters via email and phone. Verify property addresses using foreclosure documents. Handle incoming phone calls from Defendants, Clients, County Courts, and County Sheriffs.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: High School Diploma. 3+ years’ experience in Evictions. Must understand/learn eviction law and local jurisdictional requirements. MUST have in depth knowledge of the Florida and New York eviction process, will perform tasks that require knowledge of preparing documents to be filed in court, requesting checks for the filing fees, court procedures, and checking statuses on the court proceedings.
