Job Duties

- Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications.
- Collaborate with inventors and scientists to understand and protect innovations.
- Provide strategic patent advice to clients regarding their intellectual property portfolios.
- Stay updated with advancements in relevant technical fields.
- Prepare and review patent opinions, including invalidity, non-infringement, and freedom to operate opinions.
- Assist in due diligence for patent-related transactions.
Requirements
- Registered to practice before the . Patent and Trademark Office.
- Minimum of 5+ years of patent prosecution experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in biological or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Experience conducting prior art searches and analyzing patents and scientific papers.
