As a Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for managing a high volume and wide range of contracts related to the LPGA's marketing and technology efforts, as well as overseeing the organization's privacy program. You will work closely with the marketing, media, and technology teams to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards and provide strategic legal solutions for various initiatives. Your expertise in state, federal, and global data privacy laws, consumer protection laws, and cybersecurity regulations will be essential in this role. To be successful in this position, you must have a . degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the United States. A minimum of 7 years of experience supporting global marketing teams and 5 years of experience in negotiating and structuring technology contracts is required. Additionally, knowledge of digital technologies and certifications in IAPP CIPP/US and CIPP/EU are preferred.
