Transactional Paralegal The candidate responsibilities include assisting attorneys with a wide range of projects including UCC financing statements, retrieval and review of UCC searches, due diligence and post-closing preparation of closing documents. Will manage responsibilities which include title commitment and title policy preparation and completion, survey review, forming corporate entities, assisting in the preparation of draft loan and acquisition documents, and ordering UCC searches. Perform a variety of tasks related to commercial real estate agreements including: updating and maintaining the real estate portfolio, drafting and revising leases, amendments and other related documents and resolving legal inquiries, among other duties. Should have 5+ years of transactional experience and commercial real estate experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Visio, Access and SharePoint preferred. Contracting experience required. Experience with legal research and applicable software such as Westlaw needed. A Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate preferred. Good computer skills, including strong proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
