A law firm in Torrance, CA, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in interpreting insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions, and litigating coverage matters, particularly in the areas of general liability, professional liability (E&O), directors & officers, employment practices liability, and cyber insurance policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze various types of insurance policies.
• Draft detailed and accurate coverage opinions.
• Litigate insurance coverage matters in connection with general liability, professional liability (E&O), directors & officers, employment practices liability, and cyber insurance policies.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on insurance coverage issues.
• Handle all phases of coverage litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies and manage expectations.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal developments in insurance coverage.

Requirements:

• . from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Extensive experience interpreting insurance policies and litigating coverage matters.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
