Private Equity Specialist Responsibilities: Contributes to the coordination of the practice group’s closing needs and billing/collections processes. Liaise with clients, attorneys, and staff to generate, distribute, edit, finalize and submit legal invoices. Create necessary invoices. Prepare reports and materials necessary to track billings.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Requires high school diploma or equivalent with some college education preferred and 1-2 years law office clerical or general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent spelling and grammar. Good planning and organizational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. General knowledge of billing practices and accounting principles (good with numbers).
