Atlanta office of our client seeks consumer bankruptcy attorney with experience. The candidate will meet clients in the main and satellite locations; have court appearances. Will review cases for accuracy and legal viability. Resolve issues for clients originated by the U.S. Trustee. Research and draft pleadings. Communicate with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client. Perform other related duties as assigned.
