Profile

Manager, Contract Administration The candidate will oversee review and implementation of contract documents for one of the country’s largest multi-employer pension plans. Will lead a decentralized team of contract reviewers based in four different cities. Will develop key performance indicators (KPIs), manage workflow, and lead the team in process improvement activities. Ensuring compliance w/contract and pension plan policies so that plan participants receive accurate pensions. Review, approval and implementation of CBA's and related contractual documents on behalf of firm's client. Monitor workflow and staff w/in the dept., enforcing client & Co. policies and procedures and ensuring quality. Working closely with other departments to improve cross-functional communication and workflow.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Paralegal certification or J.D. a plus. 8+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years management experience needed. Highly accountable; efficiently manage multiple work assignments and meet critical deadlines. Detail-oriented. Meticulous and organized; accurate and precise attention to detail. Experienced in managing workflow and driving process improvement initiatives. Strong computer skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
