Paralegal – Homeless Prevention Duties: Work in conjunction with the staff attorneys, case managers and social workers; Interview and counsel clients on various legal issues; Collect client data for grant reporting purposes; and Participate in clinics and other community outreach projects; Work effectively as part of a team including other attorneys, support staff, volunteers, and students; Ability to work effectively with staff members from outside community based organizations, government agencies, and homeless service providers; Other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate Should have 4 year degree or Paralegal Certificate. 1 year relevant work experience prefer.. Must have experience in providing assistance to low-income or homeless individuals, including interviewing; Prefer experience working in diverse poverty law issues; Some knowledge of, landlord-tenant law, government benefits, or criminal expungement.
