Profile

Litigation Paralegal Candidate will have a focus in commercial litigation, real estate law and personal injury. Will provide legal services and ensure outstanding service to clients. Draft disclosures, discovery, and other legal documents for attorney review. Prepare exhibits for attorney use at depositions and as attachments to motions. Maintain witness files.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Experience with eDiscovery and eDiscovery review platforms is a must. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Ability to manage large litigation matters from inception through trial. Substantive knowledge of the litigation process and rules of procedure. Ability to manage large document collections using a database. Computer skills required: must have the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access or other data bases, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Able to perform legal research in Lexis/Nexis and /or West Law.
