International Trade Paralegal The candidate must be fluent in Mandarin to support its international trade department. This is a temporary position expected to run 6+ months with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. Should have 1-2 years of law firm experience. Fluency in Mandarin. Responsibilities include: Assisting the associates and partners with coordinating large International Trade Group filings before multiple agencies under tight deadlines, including organizing and downloading data and conducting targeted economic and financial research. Knowledge of Trade Remedies and International Trade Law is a plus. Assist with managing cases, maintaining databases and assisting attorneys in fact research. Candidate must be efficient with gathering key date from various document sources and presenting it in a concise format. Accurate and efficient data and document management is critical for this role Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with SAS a plus.
