Able to work with Associates and Partners to take a buy or sell transaction from start to finish, including document drafting, file management, and maintenance of project schedule. Excellent communication skills – ability to write and communicate in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational skills – ability to sort, index, and categorize information. Comfort with multi-tasking- ability to balance competing priorities and tasks. Attention to detail – ability to focus on multiple and complex details. Exceptional proofreading skills – ability to maintain document quality through multiple revisions.
