Litigation Paralegal The candidate will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. Other duties include: Cite checking and Bluebooking of briefs, letter motions, affirmations, etc. Managing cases from start to finish. Organizing case materials including discovery-related documents. Creating and maintaining case files. Preparing privilege logs, production logs, chronologies, deposition digests, etc. Drafting, proofreading and editing written discovery requests/responses, notices, affidavits/declarations, correspondences. Other tasks as dictated by attorneys and senior paralegals.
