Digital Equity Counsel The candidate will develop a strategic framework for digital equity and inclusion, a key component of the organization's Digital Well-Being Initiative. Represent firm on the Hill, with agencies, and with agency representatives. Research, analyze, and develop state and federal policy relating to technology and families, especially digital equity and our efforts to ensure all kids have the opportunity to benefit from/take advantage of connected society. Track regulatory (especially FCC) and industry developments. Must have JD degree. Should have 3â€“5 years of experience at a law firm or government or advocacy organization. Experience in technology, telecommunications, privacy, media, education, and/or children's issues is required. Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills is needed.
