The candidate will become part of a team of over 50 attorneys handling a diverse range of structured finance, securitization and other capital markets and transactional matters for the largest financial institutions in the market. Represent virtually every banking and financial institution in the financing, purchase and securitization of financial assets. Represent every type of market participant, including issuers, underwriters, investors, liquidity providers, lenders, conduits, trustees, servicers and originators in the US and beyond. Should have 2-6 years of transactional experience. Experience in finance, securitization and/or capital markets transactions is a plus.
