Assistant Attorney General
The candidate will advise clients at public meetings, rule-making proceedings, and administrative disciplinary hearings; and represent these clients in court appearances and on a broad range of legal matters. In addition to representing state entities, have other responsibilities as assigned. Regular interaction with clients and public officers, and some travel within the state will be required. Practice in administrative law and public law is preferred, and must be licensed to practice law in New Mexico. Should have 1-7 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
