"Nothing Special"

Former Employee - Reviewed on September 09, 2017

Management and partners should make employees feel more welcome. I think that integration between the operations and partners is due in order to help the employee relations within the firm.

Pros : It has a professional work environment, and offers flexible schedules and good benefits. I see it as a standard workplace because they cover all the requirements in that regard.
Cons : They only do the minimum for their employees. We do get benefits but they are not the best, and although they work around your schedule a bit, I think that there is more to treating employees than just providing the legal requirements for them.
