Attorney The candidate will meet with and represent clients regarding estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, guardianship, conservatorship, and other general probate matters. Will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan. An ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility regarding work assignments is required. Previous elder law, estate planning and/or probate experience is preferred. Familiarity and experience with elder law, estate planning. or probate work is preferred. Familiarity with various legal documents is required. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is required. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) is required. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills is required.
