Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for producing, organizing and maintaining litigation documents and evidentiary materials; assisting in preparation and execution of depositions and trials; conducting research and retrieving documents and other evidentiary materials; and assisting in drafting documents and preparing for depositions and trials. Must have 3+ years of related litigation experience, including familiarity with filing documents with the courts. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; paralegal certificate from an accredited paralegal program preferred. Must demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments, ability to build collaborative relationships with other functional areas within the Firm to meet deadlines and solve issues, professionalism with internal and external clients, and ability to anticipate and act as a member of the team by assisting when and where needed.
