The candidate will take on a lead role in major litigation, including taking and defending depositions, writing and arguing substantive motions, and meaningful participation on trial teams, including preparing witnesses, pretrial arguments, and strategy. An undergraduate degree in the engineering, chemistry, biology, and/or computer science fields is valuable. Should ideally be a litigator with patent experience and a strong interest in developing standup and trial experience in high-stakes technology disputes.
