Job Overview:
A prominent law firm seeks an experienced Class Action Attorney to join its consumer class action practice, focusing on complex litigation and client representation.

Duties:

• Represent clients in class action lawsuits
• Develop legal strategies and case theories
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings
• Manage all phases of litigation, from pre-trial to trial
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case preparation
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with clients

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the United States
• Prior experience in class action litigation
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in relevant jurisdictions
