Business Analyst, Assistant Vice-President The candidate will support the Enterprise Content Management Solution (ECMS) team establishing an enterprise wide repository for contracts and supporting documents. Will effectively apply their project, analytical and communication skills to plan, lead, track, and report on specific, unique project activities working with global BU and Legal representatives. Plan, organize and control assigned project activities related to the ECMS initiative including supporting the writing of classification and extraction rules using vendor software. Work closely with vendor resources to understand the activities related to writing classification and extraction rules. Establish metrics to monitor project progress and take appropriate actions to ensure deliverables are on time and on budget. Establish metrics around contracts and effectiveness of ECMS and identify additional value add opportunities. Maintain issue and risk logs, identify appropriate mitigants and manage the change control process. Coordinate and report on project status, risks, and issues resolution. Contribute to operating model design efforts to establish interim and BAU models. Should have 5+ years of experience in financial services project, operations, or support functions Paralegal type skill set with contract knowledge and/or IT/Technical background is a plus. Specific experience delivering design, business analysis, requirements documentation, and / or QA testing across numerous finance or operational platforms is essential. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organization skills to facilitate interoperability and integration efforts across multiple Business Unit is essential. Strong analytical abilities, financial acumen, and problem solving skill is essential. Experience working on a large system implementation including the development of future state process flows and operating procedures is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Project is essential.
