Executive Legal Assistant The candidate will be providing administrative support to the General Counsel and other professional staff in the Legal, Compliance and Alliance Management departments. Will be required to communicate verbally and in writing to a wide range of internal and external parties, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, and handle sensitive and confidential material with the highest levels of discretion. Day-to-day administering of the companyâ€™s equity incentive plan and filing of all required reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Administering confidentiality agreements and certain other contracts and managing the filing of all contracts and other documents. Preparing and revising contracts and other documents. Organizing and maintaining documents in paper or electronic filing system. Day-to-day administration of equity incentive plan. Filing required SEC reports. Maintaining calendar and making necessary travel arrangements. High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification preferred. Should have 5+ years of legal administrative experience. Should have excellent working knowledge of basic computer skills, including: Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint. Should have the ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with internal and external customers. Exposure to/or experience with variety of legal documentation is strongly preferred. Exposure to/or experience with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Exposure to/or experience with SEC filings is a plus. Should have current commission as a Texas notary or willingness and eligibility to be become a Texas notary.
