Paralegal Duties: Provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Working with Scheduling Paralegal to coordinate events. Production of legal documents such as subpoenas for depositions, hearings etc. Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Record and store client information. E-Filing of Legal Documents. Answering Phones and Distributing calls. Sitting at front desk to great clients. Assist Accounts payable with Posting of Bills.

Qualification and Experience

​Qualifications: 2+ years of previous experience in the legal field. Dictation experience. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Familiarity with Amicus Attorney is a plus. Experience with BigHand Dictation Software would be a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast passed work environment.
