Office Manager/Paralegal The candidate will act as Office Manager/Paralegal. Will work in conjunction with the managing partners, oversee employee recruiting, hiring, disciplinary action process, termination process, training and general management of staff. Responsible for monitoring and managing day to day operations of the office itself, including ordering of office supplies, scheduling routine maintenance and repairs, enforcing and monitoring staff for attendance/PTO in accord with the firms PTO policy, handling and resolving any staff issues or employee relation issues, serve as the point of contact for all staff regarding firm policies and procedures. Prior experience in Law Firm Office Management is strongly desired. Must have past and or current paralegal experience along with HR/office management duties.
