Profile
Warwick office of our client seeks an associate attorney to join its civil litigation practice. The candidate will assist the firm's senior attorneys in supervising a heavy and diversified client base. Will draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. Review and draft agreements. Communicate with the firm's clients as well as opposing parties. Research with regard to simple and complex legal, ethical, and regulatory matters. Assist the firm's senior attorneys in supervising various duties delegated to legal and non-legal staff. Experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda is required. Must be currently admitted to practice law in Rhode Island. Massachusetts Bar admission is a plus.Company info
