Are you a skilled attorney with 3-7 years of experience in traditional labor matters? Do you want to work with cutting-edge technology in a friendly and professional environment? Seyfarth is currently seeking a Traditional Labor Associate to join our nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group.
Responsibilities:
- Work on interesting and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Handle routine employment litigation with minimal supervision
- Take responsibility for routine and complex matters
- Find practical solutions to complex problems
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of management side experience in traditional labor matters
- Experience with discrimination, wrongful discharge employment litigation, EEOC matters, and wage hour matters
- Ability to handle routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision
- Intellectual curiosity and a knack for finding practical solutions
- Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills
- Must be licensed in the state of residence

Salary Range:
- $240,000 to $320,000
