Qualification and Experience
Qualification: The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in trusts and estates law and litigation, preferably including contested Surrogate’s Court proceedings. The ideal candidate will combine excellent advocacy, negotiation and writing skills with a strong interest in public service.
