Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate will provide support in the following practice areas: Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate. May include contacting clients to secure needed information, drafting documents, facilitating client signing appointments and notary services. Support attorneys in drafting comprehensive estate plans for clients, including review of client information provided in questionnaires and initial attorney meetings, preparing client documents and executing client documents. Assist in coordination of the valuation process of the assets of the estate. Manage case flow and deadlines for probate matters. Assist with funding assets into the estate plan and recording deeds with the county offices. Maintain client files and prepare materials for client meetings. Calendar critical deadlines for court proceedings. Correspond, communicate and work directly with clients to respond to their questions, requests, appointment requests, etc. Bachelor's degree is required. Paralegal certification or equivalent is preferred. Notary Public is desired. Must have 3+ years of related experience.
