Corporate Contract Administrator The candidate will assist the Contract Manager in preparing corporate documents, contracts and bid packages. Will draft correspondence and documentation under the supervision of the Corporate Contract Manager and Treasurer. Assist with organizing and reviewing documents. Help prepare, distribute, collect and file all legal documents. Conduct research assignments and investigate facts. Maintain contract document filed. In conjunction with the Corporate Contract Manager, direct and coordinate activities of outside law counsel. Document procedures to handle routine requests for advice and counsel on contracts. Prepare agendas and meeting minutes. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience as a contract administrator or related experience, Bachelorâ€™s degree is preferred. AA degree is considered. Completion of Paralegal/ Legal Assistant course is desired. Should have similar combination of experience and education. Must have knowledge of construction laws and experience on filing notice to owner and lien claims. Proven mastery of office applications including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to use the internet as a search tool is essential. Must have calendar coordinating experience. Should have effective oral, and superior written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
