Location:

Duties:

  • Draft and review corporate finance and restructuring documents including loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements
  • Advise clients on compliance with loan covenants and financial regulations
  • Manage and lead due diligence teams for commercial finance transactions
  • Structure and negotiate loan originations and real estate financings
  • Collaborate with clients, financial institutions, and private credit clients to provide tailored financial solutions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Support senior attorneys in complex finance and restructuring matters

Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate finance, commercial finance transactions, or restructuring
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating loan, security, and intercreditor agreements
  • Strong understanding of covenant compliance and corporate finance law
  • Experience in managing due diligence teams and coordinating with specialists
  • Ability to handle complex finance and restructuring transactions independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Education:

  • . from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the relevant state bar for the location of the position
