Job Overview:

Duties:

• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation plans and case strategies in collaboration with colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on case progress.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents to support litigation efforts.
• Conduct discovery, including taking depositions, to gather essential evidence for cases.
• Seek cooperative resolutions through negotiation and mediation, advocating for clients’ best interests.
• Prepare for and participate in trial proceedings, presenting compelling arguments to support the case.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a collegial atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar License is required.
• 4-6 years of experience in real estate litigation or related legal fields.
• Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes and client representation.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex legal issues and developing effective strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
