Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of employment-based immigration matters, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on immigration-related issues.
- Draft, review, and file immigration petitions and applications with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Conduct legal research and stay current with changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, employers, and individuals to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for complex immigration cases.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on case progress.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior attorneys and support staff.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on employment-based cases.
- Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
- Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent client service and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for client service and proactive approach to legal issues.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
