Corporate Paralegal The candidate will manage a high volume of contracts through intake, review, drafting, editing, writing, tracking, and processing, with a specific focus on contracts (e.g. clinical trial agreements, master service agreements, work orders, amendments, quality agreements, material transfer agreements, consulting service agreements involving HCPs / healthcare providers etc.) necessary for US and international clinical and commercial pharmaceutical product development, manufacturing and business operations. Will interface with both in-house client groups and vendors in connection with various contracts matters. Research legal issues; gather facts in connection with legal/business matters. Provide day to day support to counsel. Manage legal-related business projects as assigned. Process large amounts of information, regularly updating an internal database and contract templates. Communicate effectively with business leaders on critical contract/legal related matters, including proactively educating clients on contract review and submission processes. Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills are needed. Accuracy and attention to detail is required. Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills are needed. Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook is needed. AA or higher with a paralegal certification from an ABA accredited institution is preferred. Should have 2+ years of experience in a public company or law firm. Currently licensed Henderson Notary Public is preferred.
