Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant / Case Manager The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day casework of the assigned personal injury litigation cases. Wll be assisting the Litigation Attorney(s) with researching, interfacing with clients, gathering information and data, drafting legal documents, and preparing for mediation, arbitrations and trials. Must have excellent written and oral communications, customer service, organization and computer skills. Must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and required 1 - 2 years of prior personal injury litigation experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Should have required knowledge of processes and procedures relating to litigation. Paralegal Certification is a plus.
