Job Title: Remote Employee Relations Partner Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 Experience: 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations Location: South Central (Remote) Department: Human Resources H1: Join Our Team as a Remote Employee Relations Partner H2: Be a Part of Our Growing Company Bold Headline: Make a Difference as a Remote Employee Relations Partner Overview: As a Remote Employee Relations Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the fair and consistent resolution of employee issues and conflicts within our company. You will work closely with managers and employees to provide guidance and support in accordance with company policies and regulations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems - Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations - Provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize legal liability - Partner with operational management, HR business partners, labor relations, and legal teams to find solutions to complex employee relations issues - Travel to company sites within the supported region as needed Essential Functions: - Conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and company policies - Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills - Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations - Effective oral and written communication skills - Ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization - Capacity to handle confidential information appropriately - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent - 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations - Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Must live in the South Central region Salary Information: - Salary is based on internal equity, market data, skills, and experience - The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 Benefits: - Comprehensive health and welfare benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability options - Paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family and parental leave - Tax advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
