Case Administrator / Legal Assistant Duties: Maintains all aspects of case administration and assists with litigation processes; works with documents received from internal and external parties (i.e. upload, review of documents, entry of data, records, logs, reports and correspondence). Performs related computer data entry for extended periods of time. Reviews pleadings, court orders, insurance policies, and other legal documents for purposes of filing and dissemination; disseminates correspondence, and updates case status. Demonstrates sound judgment and maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information; consults with immediate supervisor for guidance to ensure quality and consistency standards. Assemble deposition and trial notebooks. Electronically file and serve pleadings and discovery.
