Salary Information:
- Expected salary range: $92,800 - $139,200 per year
- Final salary determined by various factors, including geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Total compensation package may include sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to benefits such as medical, financial, and paid time off
- Salary ranges effective from Jan 1, 2024 to Dec 31, 2024, but subject to adjustments based on market factors

Job Title:
- Patent Paralegal

Experience Information:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a patent paralegal in a law firm or corporation
- Knowledge of EP/US/PCT Foreign patent formalities and law preferred

Responsibilities:
- Manage intellectual property (IP) administrative and legal support tasks
- Assist with filing and review of patent applications and corresponding documents
- Stay updated on latest patent rules and regulations
- Maintain an accurate docket and monitor assigned cases and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, inventors, and foreign agents
- Participate in patent group and cross-divisional meetings
- Provide support in other areas within the Operations team as needed
- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Paralegal or equivalent IP certification or experience required
- University or college education preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
