Practice Group Coordinator The candidate will provide executive-level assistance to the Practice Group Leader, including: scheduling meetings; preparation of expense reports; calendar management; administration of practice group activities; billing & timekeeping functions; and, new business intake. Will assist with workload management through ongoing communication with Practice Group Leader, Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Attorneys and Administrative staff. Review and understand billing guidelines for the practice group. Assist with reviewing bills and ensuring narrative complies with established guidelines and protocols. Interface with the Billing team to effectively manage client invoices. Review and track temporary files and aging reports to accurately provide status updates, as requested. Coordinate with the Practice Leaders to handle logistics for group meetings; create agendas; and, prepare and circulate meeting summaries. Paralegal certification is desired. Previous experience in a Supervisory role is desired. Should have 2+ years of related work experience. Undergraduate degree is needed. Computer savvy is essential. Solid analytical, problem solving and time management skill is needed. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is essential. Strong attention to detail is needed.
