Paralegal The candidate will run, administer and organize all project activities in coordination with and under the direction of in-house legal counsel. Will organize and maintain master calendar of key dates relating to M&A transactions. Assist in due diligence, tracking of diligence activities and findings, and drafting of basic corporate document required for M&A transactions. Interface with internal management and external parties to coordinate signatures and deliverables for M&A transaction signings and closings. Assist in drafting employment and independent contractor agreements. Provide support in preparing and submitting petitions and applications to USCIS, DOL, and other government agencies for temporary and permanent visas. Organize and maintain summary of all pending immigration matters and calendar of key dates. Manage professional liability claims reporting and maintains summary of all pending claims and calendar of key dates.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Paralegal certification is preferred. Must have 3-5 years of relevant consistent experience in a Legal Assistant type of position with proven attention to detail while meeting specific deadlines. Experience working in Real Estate or Health Services organization, preferred. Experience with Salesforce Software is desired. MS Word, Excel and Power Point skills are needed.
