# Senior Estate Planning Attorney Law firm is looking for an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. The position offers a flexible work environment and competitive compensation and benefits package. ## Responsibilities: - Work directly with clients in designing and implementing a comprehensive estate planning strategy. - Review internally drafted estate planning documents for quality and accuracy. - Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor and will communicate with them in an approachable, "plain English" manner. - Collaborate with other team members on strategies that best serve our clients' interests and provide clients with 5-star service. - Be a team player and contribute to the success of the team. ## Qualifications ### Skills/Characteristics: - Well-organized, a fast learner, and share our growth mindset. - Always do the right thing. - Passionate about helping others. - Thrive on the success of the team and the firm. - Follow through on your action items and promises to your clients and to the team. ### Education and Experience: - Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. - At least five (5) years of progressive experience primarily focused on the areas of estate planning and asset protection planning including Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives. - Experienced with discussing sensitive and delicate matters with clients including experience conducting one-on-one meetings with clients. - Proficient with different software and virtual technology, such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and others. ## Compensation Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience and will include a base salary plus results-based incentives. Total compensation range of $90,000-165,000+ based on experience plus results-based incentives. We offer a generous benefits package and flexible work environment.
