Corporate Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting the legal group with corporate transactions and governance documentation. Establish and maintain a worldwide legal entity management system. Assist the legal and finance group on corporate transactions, equity projects, and governance documentation, including liaising with local counsel. Assist attorneys with preparation of materials, logistics, and minute book recordkeeping for all Board of Directors and Committee meetings. Communicate and process data with various other external and internal sources (e.g. transfer agents, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Tax). Assist with any and all strategic projects for the Company, as directed by attorneys. Must have Bachelor’s degree. Should have 3-5 years of experience working as a corporate paralegal, preferably at a public company. Proficiency in equity administration, legal entity management and related software is required. Experience with Board meetings, communicating with directors, preparing Board and Executive Committee materials, and working with board portals is must. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Office is needed.
