- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure high-quality client service.
- Attend court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring timely and comprehensive documentation.
- Develop an understanding of medical and legal nuances pertinent to professional liability cases.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney with a valid bar license (state-specific requirements).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation (preferred).
- Willingness to relocate to Arden Hills, MN, before starting work.
Education
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
