Temporary Venture Partner The candidate should have excellent academic credentials with a . degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have 7+ years of corporate or transactional experience. Should have strong experience representing startups and/or institutional investors in venture capital and emerging company transactions, mergers and acquisitions, startup formation, and general corporate governance, as well as experience triaging issues with specialists in tax, intellectual property, employment, and other specialist areas. Experience in licensing and technology transactions and/or securities is a plus. Strong drafting and organizational skills are needed.
