Operations Specialist The candidate will manage all internal compliance team communications, including staff meetings, off-sites, trainings, and other team communications. Will manage all external communications, including the NA EBI intranet updates, branding, field communications, and operational communications. Manage Reportable Consulting Agreement process and make final decisions as to whether new agreements are covered under the CIA. Conduct due diligence for Reportable Consulting Agreements and new vendors as part of the FCPA review process. Manage and oversee all correspondence with US Government regulators, including ensuring reporting requirements are met under the CIA. Interface with staff and senior level managers, internal/external customers and manage vendors. Assist in preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up of action items for team meetings as well as US Compliance Committee meetings and Aventis Board meetings. Manage logistics for compliance committee meetings, including sr. management/leadership participation. Assist in preparing reports and presentations. Manage specialized projects as appropriate. Manage multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Prioritize and execute tasks with minimal direction or supervision. Compile and prepare information for presentations using MS Office software. Assist other members of department on specialized projects as appropriate Associates Degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Should have 10+ Years of experience as a paralegal within a legal, compliance, or enforcement environment. Experience with communications to senior management is preferred. Prior experience with pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Strong organizational/communication skills (both verbal and written) is required. Experience in interacting with all levels of management and with global colleagues is needed. Excellent PC skills (especially with MS Office products and web browsers) is essential.
