Paralegal The candidate will respond to inquiries and requests from other business units and teams for information and documentation. Conduct legal research and analysis. Prioritize and track legal requests. Perform standard administrative and clerical duties. Compose general correspondence and assist in drafting company contracts. Assist in the drafting, negotiation, and review of documents and contracts, working in conjunction with in-house counsel. Read and analyze business and legal terms, identify issues and risks, and suggest potential solutions. Coordinate and process information and responses from business stakeholders and other legal team members in connection with contract review and negotiation. Responsible for drafting and filing important and confidential documents, as well as coordinating logistics such as booking appointments. Maintain department files, records and databases. Prepare letters, accounts, and other documents, as needed. Participate in and assist with the resolution of contract disputes and claims. Create and update documentation, policies, and procedures, as applicable. Should preferably have 10+ years of experience working as part of an in-house law department. Paralegal diploma or equivalent experience required.
